The fact that helping me was more important than getting a sale was impressive. Bob took me out for a test drive and when we returned the deal was waiting. I had done my home work and Knew what a fair price was. The first price he presented was not only fair but they had looked for all available rebates with out me asking and the trade allowance on my old Escape was more than generous.
