Having recently moved to Summit and having a Lincoln coming off lease, I stopped into SD and met Bob Cerza. I wanted a Fusion based on styling and reviews. Vito treated me with respect from the time we shook hands just after I walked in the door. I knew I wanted a hybrid vehicle and we talked about the pros and cons of the two I had in mind. Since this was my first experience with a dealership and leasing a car. I had interest in the ford escape. I was in contact with Ariel online and she helped answer questions on the pricing and about leasing leasing a car. I had interest in the ford escape. When I came in to get a quote on my car as a trade in I was greeted by Bob M. He was friendly and wanting to help me out. They worked hard in getting me the best price for my trade in. When I came in to test drive the escape. Bob made sure to go over some of the features of the car before I drove it. He was not pushy in trying to sell the car which I was worried about with dealing with a dealership. But I did not experience that at Salerno Duane Ford. Once they figured out a monthly payment I had decided to go ahead with the purchase and Bob worked hard to get the paperwork done and even called my insurance company himself to switch over to new car. I was able to take the car home the same day. Bob M went over the features of the car and even synced my phone to the car before I left. After I left, I did receive a follow up call from Bob M. to make sure everything was going well with the car or if I had any questions. Which was nice of them to do.
