My son and I came into Salerno Duane last weekend shopping for a new car. We knew it would be a Ford, because I currently owned a Focus, and had previously owned a Contour and a Mustang -- my sister shopping for a new car. We knew it would be a Ford, because I currently owned a Focus, and had previously owned a Contour and a Mustang -- my sister has owned three Mustangs - and she and my brother-in-law have only ever owned Mustangs - we joke they fell in love over their mutual love of Mustangs! What I love about Salerno Duane is the customer service: I was trading in my 10-year-old car Focus with this week's purchase, and every time I visited the service department, me and my car were always treated as special customers - always greeted by name when I walk in, always given loaner cars, and the service is always fantastic. What I didn't know is that my salesman would be the same person who sold me my 2004 Ford Focus 10 years ago! Bob Cerza made the experience of buying a car fun - it was great to see him again. I loved my Focus so much, I cried on the way to trade it in for my new Fusion... but I've been smiling ever since I left the dealer's lot. Thank you for another great experience, Ford and Bob Cerza!
