Bob Montgomery did an exceptional job working with us throughout the process. We owned a 2008 Explorer previosuly purchased through the same dealer so our decision around the model was already determine throughout the process. Bob Cerza was very helpful and guided us thru the process of finding the right car. He explained the differences between different Ford models and then patiently, explained the options available on the Ford of finding the right car. My overall experience with this dealership was a wonderful one! Very different from the "Big Box Highway" dealers! We were always greeted in a friendly, helpful manner that was neither pushy nor arrogant. We worked with Bob, a GREAT salesman. Extemely knowlegdeable about his product and all the ins and outs. When we picked up our Escape, he spent lots of time going over all the "tech gadgets" in the car. He explained how everything worked and he even programmed our radio and phone for us! He spent time with patience as we dwelled over what we really wanted. We will be back again to Slerno Duane and we will be back to see Bob!! More

But he also showed me how to sync my car with the software system called sync my ride, which has made the whole process easier and even more user friendly. The car protected me in an accident, which is why I purchased a second C-MAX. But my salesman made the experience of buying a second vehicle after the accident wonderful. He discussed the car features in simple English, showed me how the dials inside worked the tech systems inside, and even though I had previously driven the same car, I believed, in getting reacquainted with it through his lesson, that I understood it even better.
