I recently submitted a review because I just purchased a new Ford Explorer from Salerno Duane. I am remiss however since I did not mention another reason I went to Salerno Duane. I had need to have body work done on a fairly new Ford E 350 a year or so ago. Since the vehicle was so new I decided to take it to a Ford dealer. At random I went to Salerno and met the body shop boss Ed Iandoli. They fixed the car better than new. I have since bought two other vehicles back for body work and would not consider going anywhere else. Mr. Iandoli is the ultimate statesman representing the dealership. He really makes you feel like family. I leave my car with him and I know it will be taken care of. I must say I had the best car buying experience ever at Salerno Duane Ford! I highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone! My initial contact was with Ariel via Internet Sales and after her prompt response, I arranged to test-drive a vehicle. At that time she introduced me to my salesman, Bud Dyer, who is by far the kindest, nicest, friendliest man I have ever met! After the test-drive, I decided to go home and weigh my options. I thought about Bud the entire weekend! He provided such great customer service in being patient, answering my many questions and listening to the things I wanted. When I returned on Monday, I found out Bud was not working that day. I was sad. However, I met with Vito who further impressed me with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. He made arrangements for me to meet with Bud the next day and take delivery of my brand new Ford Edge! I don't know who was more sad to see the other go, me or Bud! He didn't try to upsell, patiently ran several different lease scenarios to figure out the best one for me and ultimately was able to get us a higher trim level for $2 more a month than the lower trim.
