I,ll give them 1 star because it won't let me give them a zero. I received a recall notice for the tailgate on my 2020 Ram 2500. According to the recall notice the issue could cause "...loss of unsecured c zero. I received a recall notice for the tailgate on my 2020 Ram 2500. The notice also states "...estimated repair time is 15 minutes" plus check in check out. The soonest I could get an appointment was 13 days out. Dropped of the truck at 0900. At 1500 I called to see if it was done. I was told No. When I asked when it might get done the best he could tell me was "Today, I expect." I EXPECT ! It takes me 4 times longer to drop it off and pick it up than the repair would take and I might have to find a ride tomorrow as well. I picked it up, untouched, later that afternoon. There are three major problems here. SLVCDJR needs to quit over-scheduling for their convince, I understand that they don't want their techs sitting around with nothing to, but my time is as valuable as theirs. In 7 hours, by the time I picked it up, they couldn't squeeze in 15 minutes for a recall fix on a truck that is still under warranty (this is the second recall on the truck by the way). Second my "Service Agent" didn't even check with anyone to see where in the process the truck was, just said no but that it might get done "today I expect...I'll call you as soon as I see the paper work. Third, and I think most important, was that my "Service Agent" could not have cared less that I was unsatisfied with their service. He just asked if I was XXXX and handed me the keys. No apology, no thank you, no goodbye. More

I came to this dealership for a recall fix and to assess why my remote start was not working. When I told the man working in the parts department that I was under extended warranty, he told me that he neede why my remote start was not working. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call letting me know that the problem was actually due to a short in my rear passenger door. This was causing the computer to believe the door is open and not allowing the remote start to work. He told me this would not be covered under my extended warranty. They were asking too much for a simple repair so I declined the fix. He told me that my car was ready for pickup in that case. I arrived at the dealership to be told that I owe them a $130 diagnostics fee before I can receive my keys. This was when things went left.... I was never told about a diagnostics fee, I was only told to leave my Warranty providers information and my VIN. I refused to pay the fee because it was not disclosed. After an argument with parts management, they all left the lobby for without an indication of a solution. Soon after, someone came through the front doors and handed me my keys without saying a word. I was anxious to leave after they made me feel cornered so I rushed out of there. When I returned home I noticed while under their care, items from my glove box, center console, and truck bed had been STOLEN totaling over $200. I guess their solution was to steal my things rather than come to an agreement. This was the most shady and screwed up experience I have had from a dealership. Would never recommend someone buy from or get service here. More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You will wait days for simple repairs and have more problems leaving than what you went in with. The manager stays up in his high tower, leaving the employees to fend for themselves. They overbook cars so the mechanics are working on several cars at once. The lack of attention to detail causes extremely long wait times and avoidable errors (48 hr for a simple oil change!). WORST automobile service I’ve ever had. You will lose money and gain problems by taking your car here. They should be put out of business for mistreatment of customers, employees and being total scam artists! I love my jeep and am so sad to say this place does not represent their brand well. You can tell the staff is drained from low pay and poor management. Terrible to see people being taken advantage of in so many ways. Save your money and go to a local mom&pop shop, where they have morals, care about their customers, their repeat business and pay their employees fair wages. You will be glad you did. More

On April 22, 2021 the check engine light came on our RAM 2500 diesel while puling our travel trailer out of town. Not only did the check engine light come on, but also the electronic throttle alert, collis 2500 diesel while puling our travel trailer out of town. Not only did the check engine light come on, but also the electronic throttle alert, collision aversion light and a host of unidentifiable lights and sounds while at the same time going into limp mode on the freeway. I dropped the truck off, and they cleared the code saying that they “flashed” the computer and they sent me on my way. In June 2021, the same thing happened, this time they did a software update and sent me on my way. In October, I dropped off the truck and once again, they said that I needed a “special” update. In February 2022, I brought it in and this time they said the update was another “special” update that was on a bulletin that should take care of the problem. Over a year of getting blown off. Fast forward to June 2022; I dropped my truck off for service and to address this same issue. I dropped the truck off on June 20, 2022. The truck was at the dealership until Friday June 24, when they claimed that they changed out the “APPS”. FIVE days at the dealership with minimal communication from the Mika!! When I drove the truck off the lot the idle was rough and I knew that the issue was not resolved. The next day, driving up Parleys Summit, I went into limp mode in high-speed traffic and almost was clipped by another vehicle. I went back to the dealership immediately because I knew that they were open and was greeted with an unsurprising, I don’t care attitude by Cameron, one of the service advisors. He did a lot of mansplaining as to why they could not solve this problem. He told me to return on Monday. On Monday morning Cameron checks me in but he can’t even remember that I talked to him on Saturday, face to face. He turns the paperwork over to Mika but I don’t hear from him the entire day. At 1745, 15 minutes before closing that day, Mika called to tell me that they could not find the problem. He said that the technician wanted to take it up Parleys Canyon to see if he could replicate the problem and would I give him permission. At this point the truck had been at the dealership all day Monday without a single phone call. I gave him my permission because I wanted to resolve this problem. On Tuesday, I start calling the dealership at 1400; I was told that Mika was with another customer or that he was away from his desk, he was never available to take my call. After multiple attempts to reach him and not a single call back, I decided that I would pick up the truck. Upon arriving at the dealership at 1730, I find that Mika’s desk is cleaned up and the computer is off. Apparently, he had gone home for the day, without returning a single phone call. I walk over to Cameron and I tell him that I was there to pick up my truck. He looks through his paperwork and realizes that he is not my service advisor. He can’t find my truck, so he calls the technician. The technician tells him that he had been unable to take the truck of Parleys today because there was too much traffic, so he had planned to do it on Wednesday morning. In the meantime, I am without a vehicle. When I got in the truck, I knew right away that the vehicles had been parked for two days and no one had done anything. The odometer had not changed from the day that I had dropped it off. As I was leaving the dealership and turn onto the onramp for I80, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the truck went into limp mode. I didn’t have to try very hard to replicate the issue, yards away from the dealership’s door. And since I have been relegated to carrying around a code reader for the last 18 months to prove to the shop that the vehicle has a problem, here they are. Don’t buy a truck from this place and don’t take it in for service, particularly if you are a female. I gave it one star because I had to, but really it does not deserve even one. More

Quick response when I left a voice message about my car problems. They were able to get my car in the next day and when the problem came back the next day after I picked up my car they were able to get my problems.
