My first visit to service department, my advisor was Cameron. I had a 9:30 am appointment but was told I may have to wait awhile. A diagnostic is done on my car which was done automatically, and cost me Cameron. I had a 9:30 am appointment but was told I may have to wait awhile. A new battery 350.00 was put into car and the labor for that was 150.00. I needed a wheel sensor but the cost was another $500.00. I'm retired, so I had to decline as more than half of my monthly income would be spent at the dealership. I came in because my battery would drain at night and I'd wake up to a very dead battery. So dead that a portable car jumper doesn't help. The issue wasnt resolved except to patch it with a new battery. I'll be interested to see how long this battery will last. I also left the dealership at 4 pm just for a battery install. I have to say I was disappointed. More
