I have received service several times with my last car up till I bought my newest car in December 2012 and been very satisfied with the way that I have been served and treated. Merle Barber was the salesman who sold me my most recent purchase from Salvadore, a 2006 Chevrolet Impala, and my experience while dealing with Merle was very pleasant. Rich Bachelder in the service department has been very helpful also with services provided for my old car as well as thus far with my new purchase from Salvadore. Most recently Rich ordered some seat belt extenders for my 2006 Chevrolet Impala and I received them today! There are many other employees at the Gardner Salvadore facilities who have also been kind, helpful and thorough. More
I needed my one ton 2008 chevy 4x4 front end fixed before I needed my one ton 2008 chevy 4x4 front end fixed before the next storm, ( broken diff gears and case ). Not only did they fix my front end by the I needed my one ton 2008 chevy 4x4 front end fixed before the next storm, ( broken diff gears and case ). Not only did they fix my front end by the next day, they saved me about $2,000.00 !! I challenge ANY SERVICE TEAM to step-up and save any customer that kind of money, AND GUARANTY THE FIX. In this day and age I like the rest of you appreciate it when someone saves me even a dollar, As a family man and home owner I can't thank the service team enough. Also ( I DO NOT TRUST MY VEHICLE TO JUST ANYBODY ). If you are looking for a team you can trust and depend on THIS IS YOUR TEAM !! I thank all of you very much. F.S More
I have been impressed with Salvadore's service department for years. They always go out of their way to service my vechiles when it's good for me, they also work hard to keep the price down. I went to Salvadore Chevrolet looking for a fuel efficient car with an open mind. Mike Bezio took his time to explain all the options I had. He searched what would be the best fit for my needs. I was looking for a new truck. I had brought a truck from another dealer in the past where i wasn't happy at all with the service or sales people. any time work had to be done is was nothing but a headache. another dealer in the past where i wasn't happy at all with the service or sales people. any time work had to be done is was nothing but a headache. I had to drive over 50 mile to the dealer . But when I walk into Salvadore's it was totality different . I met Jim Amistadi he is the first sale person who treated me like a person. His main goal was to meet my needs in what I was looking for. no sales pressure at i but a willingness to work hard for me . to get me the truck I wanted at a price that i thought was fair. In no time at all i was driving out of the lot with my new truck totality happy. it been 3 months since in bought it and he has called me a couple of times to see any issues or questions. I am very happy with my truck and the dearership that I will be going back to them for any more new vehicles in the future . Mike is very knowledgable with the new vehicles. He showed us all the features on the Equinox. He wanted to make sure that we understood the features and was very willing to stay with us through the w showed us all the features on the Equinox.
