Awesome experience I went to the dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my truck. They had a fair selection to choose from and I finally saw one that I really liked. Jerry and his team worked extremely hard to make it happen quickly. I was surprised at how fast they worked out the deal. I got a great rate and twice the truck with little to no effort on my part. I am impressed and grateful for Jerry and the finance team. Easiest and best my wife and i came in knowing what we wanted. Stay away from used sales. Spent over six months looking for the right used car - you know how it goes - no rental, no fleet, no major repairs or mechanical issues, etc. Though Spent over six months looking for the right used car - you know how it goes - no rental, no fleet, no major repairs or mechanical issues, etc. Thought I found my perfect baby at Five Star Ford Lewisville. When I took my car to a different dealer for my 20K maintenance, they asked me about my prior engine replacement. Needless to say, I WAS SHOCKED. But there it was in black and white on the Ford Motor Company's records. Same VIN. Same car. Five Star Ford Lewisville did not disclose the engine replacement to me. Maybe understandable if it hadn't been Five Star Ford Lewisville that originally sold the car, replaced the engine, and took it as a trade in shortly thereafter and before selling it to me. They obviously didn't report it to Carfax, but of course used the clean Carfax in refusing to come down to my offer price. In fact, when I asked to see the service record for the vehicle, they told me they couldn't give it to me because the service department was already closed. Shame on them for the misrepresentation and since telling me they have done nothing wrong. I didn't want to have to post this review, but you all need to know. More

Accommodating and thorough. Service Dept. is top notch and always able to take me when I don’t have an appointment and fix the problem and send me on my way.
