Very pushy sales tactics and a waste of my time. I get it they make money off of sales but I was very upfront and blunt with the sales man that I don’t like wasting time or playing games and that’ I get it they make money off of sales but I was very upfront and blunt with the sales man that I don’t like wasting time or playing games and that’s exactly what he did. They asked what my trade in price needed to be to get me to buy a new truck I told them and said if you can’t do it tell me upfront. The sales agent assured me they could give the price I asked as long as I was willing to buy a new truck. After 2 hours of looking and test driving a new truck the numbers they came back with on my 2 trucks I was trading in was 10k less than what they assured me they would give. I then had to argue to get my truck keys back so I could leave. I will never shop San Antonio cjd again Blue Bonnet offered much better service. More

I went in to see a preowned vehicle at a fair price online. When I was there going over numbers they included a “maintenance” fee of 4,000 dollars.
