The sales manager (don't recall his name) deceived me. When settling on a price, he put on paper all kinds of fees and charges that brought a price way more than I was willing to pay. When I finalized the purchase with the finance manager I did not catch that the price I paid for the truck was actually almost $300 more than the advertised price. I should have caught that, but I incorrectly assumed they were trustworthy. I missed the bait and switch, but I have a large contact list and BBB access. More
