Irresponsible and Mediocre service. My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee was serviced on 10/18/21 for a front wheel alignment, was returned to me in worse condition than when it was dropped off. What was irresponsible of this service department, was that I left many messages for David and Armando, the service managers to discuss the issue and the interaction with their staff. My messages were never acknowledged nor did I ever receive a phone call. This appointment took a whole day that made me lose a day of work, this ordeal cost me over $500. There was no consideration from the staff, David or Armando for it's customers time. I did however receive an email from David asking me to give him 10s on his customer survey. I find this to be bad business practice and discredits the dealership and everyone that works there, which could have been avoided by a 5 minute phone conversation. -Fernando More

Also, partially my fault for not asking but it would have been helpful to know that the vehicle only came with one key. I didn't really think to ask because the vehicle is so new (2019) and because it was such an expensive purchase ($70k). I just figured there would be a second key. In the past, with Kahlig auto group, they gave me a voucher to have a new key cut and programmed. More

Pricing was not clear. Online and sticker said one thing. Then it's revealed once we set down to negotiate that there's over $6000 in additional add-ons and "market price adjustment fees ". In this case, it turned out to be almost 10% price increase. Communication about how to handle my trade was also inconsistent. I dealt with three different people throughout the process, all on the same day and each one had something different to say in regards to how much my trade was worth or if I should even trade it in there at all. Fortunately, my final purchase price was tolerable. As a long time Jeep owner (13 years), I was really looking forward to adding this 2021 Mojave Gladiator to my garage. The overall process was exhausting. Nearly 8 hours, and a tremendous amount of frustration on my part, I still left with a product I'm happy with. I would have rated 1-star, but my experience with the finance was pleasant and the actual vehicle itself made it all worth it. More
