Was greeted at the door by Amador Juarez and Yvette, they walked me through the whole process answered all my questions, came up with some for me to ask, and even offered to pick me up something from the gas walked me through the whole process answered all my questions, came up with some for me to ask, and even offered to pick me up something from the gas station while they filled the car up as I finished financing. Great experience with San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was provided with excellent customer service, from there team and sales person, Amador, during my visit. They were able to provide a comfortable environment and the staff was easy to talk to, answering any questions I had. They were able to meet my needs and get me into a new vehicle, I was interested in. The great customer service, from my sales person, has extended beyond my visit. Amador has given follow up calls and messages ensuring any questions I may have, are answered. As a result of the great experience with this dealership, I would look to them again for any future purchase. More
