Recall completed, screws not screwed back in on dash. Oil residue found on bumper, hood, fender, and door. Phone lines did not work as they were closing. If I could rate Christopher a review based on quality of service, he would be negative 5. I was emailed a quote by Christopher on June 24th, when I showed up to appointment June 25th I was told he didn’t se service, he would be negative 5. I was emailed a quote by Christopher on June 24th, when I showed up to appointment June 25th I was told he didn’t send that email even though his name was underneath the signature. Then when I said that sounds like an internal problem since there are people emailing final Quotes underneath manager name, he replied sarcastically “no sir that’s actually Your problem because you’re not buying this car for that price”. I will not ever return to This dealership for anything. Even more so considering I have a pretty broad customer clientele, I will make sure none of my clientele ever go to this dealership or do business with them either. More

Anthony was great. I was just there for an oil change and tire rotation, but it went very quickly and had no problems. It was supposed to be around a five hour wait due to the high volume of vehicles, b and tire rotation, but it went very quickly and had no problems.
