This dealership is a hassle to deal with and Spencer provides poor customer service. He doesn't care about his customers whether they've bought a car,, returned it, or is just looking.I went in to test provides poor customer service. He doesn't care about his customers whether they've bought a car,, returned it, or is just looking.I went in to test drive a 2018 Forester XT. The car was nice and I went through the process of getting the car. I did a trade in on my vehicle to help out with this new car. I gave them the title and everything. After the dealership had what they needed, I was able to take the car home, and I did. After 3 days of having the vehicle, I decided it just wasn't for me and I wanted to return it. I called Spencer told him I wanted to return it, and he gave me an excuse that "a car isn't like a product you get off the shelf from Walmart. You can't return it." I told him that I can because I was still with their 3 day return period. He said he'd get back to me. Later that day he said that he would take the car back, I would get my car back, just like nothing happened. My car had its plates missing, it was incredibly dirty for just sitting in a dealership lot for 3 days, but worst of all, Spencer told me they had lost my title to the car. He said he would find it but he never did and said he would continue searching for it. I go back to the dealership to see if they've found it yet and they spent 2 hrs searching for it, showing that they didn't even bother looking for it in the 1st place. They said they would send me a copy of the title and it would be at my house within the month. So after the month had ended, nothing has shown up. I called Spencer and he told me that I could print out the image he sent me of the title. I told him that's no good, that I need a title that is the same as what I gave him. He yelled at me saying "I don't know what you want me to do, it seems like whatever I do nothing is ever good enough." I told him that I just want my title back, that's all I want is my title and that it shouldn't take 3 months to get me a replacement title. After that he hung up and blocked me. More
I brought my car in for recall work and was told it would take 1.5 hours. It ended up taking 7-8 hours. The communication of the team was poor as I had to text/call multiple times for a check up on the work take 1.5 hours. It ended up taking 7-8 hours. I also ordered a part to be replaced on my car and they assured me that they'd text/call me when it came in. Well, it has been 2-3 weeks after the time frame and no response to a text or call when I tried to get a check up on the part. Because of this, I simply ordered the part straight from Mopar and took my business to a local mechanic to get it replaced. More

I do not know how service functioned before Covid, but if it was super at one time, it definitely has gone down. The guy who handled my paperwork was great as far as courtesy n responding to my inquiries. Th it was super at one time, it definitely has gone down. The rest though, it’s like they’re in a different zone; one can be standing there for 10-15 minutes n one has to get their attention before some1 will ask if you’ve been helped. More
