Im happy with the vehicle and feel the price was reasonable. Our salesman was a nice, but he told us the warranty was active for much longer than it was per the finance man. The thing that irritates reasonable. Our salesman was a nice, but he told us the warranty was active for much longer than it was per the finance man. The thing that irritates me is we were told we'd been given a full tank of gas, we were provided less than a quarter of a tank. Seems like a basic courtesy. And system issues resulted in us waiting more than 2 hrs before we could sign. And im pretty sure i wasnt given my TrueCar internet discount of $275. And, when i called back to discuss how to make my first payment and utilize my extended warranty, i received different answers, until Mo the finance man was able to provide clear professional communication. Im happy overall but was definitely a "used car purchase experience" which isn't a good thing. More
