It was not good, so showed up and spoke with several service reps. I ask for a certain individual by name and told they didn’t work there , I explain to them that I had appointment but I felt that I was service reps. No one took the time to check to see my appointment was with instead I was told to wait and they would ding someone to help me. I have had several vehicles service or repaired at this location and never been treated or met with attitude. And I did not appreciate it at all. I’m a professional that work in public service and I understand it’s a busy day but everybody should be treated with respect. After this experience I will have to really consider having my vehicles maybe taken to another dealership. Regards J Nelson More

The service was satisfactory, but Gabby told us that it was suggested that we should change out our rotors and brake pads for 1300. Then on the video of oil change and vehicle inspection the person doing t was suggested that we should change out our rotors and brake pads for 1300. Then on the video of oil change and vehicle inspection the person doing the oil change said the Rotors and brake pads were fine. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I was trying to get up charged More
To be honest, I would not rate the service with 5 stars. Maybe a 2. I was without my Jeep for 3 weeks and had to pay for a rental because it took so long to be fixed, and when I finally did get it back, the Maybe a 2. I was without my Jeep for 3 weeks and had to pay for a rental because it took so long to be fixed, and when I finally did get it back, there was 94 extra miles on it and it was on empty. Actually empty I had to stop at the gas station down the road from the car lot because there was no gas. Which made me upset because I was told if we didn't fill up our rental, we would get fined, so I spent $22 on gas for one of your vehicles and then had to spend $40 to fill up mine. On top of that, there was mud ALL over my running boards, side of the Jeep, and under the tires like someone had taken it for a joy ride. I was honestly pretty disappointed. I do appreciate it being fixed and running like it's supposed to, but other than that, very disappointing. I have not made a complaint because I am still in shock that this is how I got my vehicle back. More
