We got there, decided on our car within an hour, then spent the next 5 hours waiting for them to get the paperwork processed. We were already preapproved for the loan. We were told it would cost 200.00 to get another key. There was no owners manual provided. Guess we are going to have to pay for another key. Probably the owners manual also. Probably the worst experience we have had while buying a car. We paid the full asking price for the car. For that we expected to get everything we were supposed to get. We were not informed about the missing key or the manual, until all was said and done. We went back the next business day and we were told by one of the managers, there was nothing they could do about it. More

It still hasn’t fixed my problem .. 5000 dollars later and still not fixed. Still have a roaring sound on the drivers side and hear metal sounds when the window is down and driving next to an object to a and still not fixed. The first person in sales did not return my calls when told him that i wanted the price on the internet. I had to be persistent to get in touch with his boss who still did not give me the price but was v told him that i wanted the price on the internet.
