Good customer service from Eddie. The quality of the ‘truck detail’ upon pick up was not good. I still have a stain on the back passenger seat. Also, found chip in windshield as I drove off lot. I was completely unsatisfied with the work done on my jeep. I was charged for a "diagnostic" that could not be fixed. The part was evidently unavailable and they couldn't guarantee the work with a warran jeep. I was charged for a "diagnostic" that could not be fixed. Furthermore the serviceman I spoke to said that the cluster module was the part that was needed. But then he stated it would be needed to start the repairs but that it could be something else. It doesn't sound like the diagnostic was done correctly if they can't pin point the issue and it "could" be something else. I don't believe I should've been charged for something that can't be repaired. Then if the part was available it could be something else. So again why am I paying full price for this? More

Called 5 times to get status of jeep, no return calls. When service agent off no one to pick up work load, jeep was there 1 extra day because of no one to facilitate jeep repair.
