The way the car buying process should be! Jerry was an all-star from start to finish! Jerry helped me identify the right vehicle for me while I was traveling on business, and lined up the Jerry was an all-star from start to finish! Jerry helped me identify the right vehicle for me while I was traveling on business, and lined up the trade in of my vehicle, so that everything was ready to go upon my return and arrival at the dealership. In my opinion, Jerry went above and beyond my expectations to the extent of delivering my new vehicle to my house so that my wife and kids didn't have to worry about making the trek back to the dealership with me later that night. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership, and Jerry is a big reason I am sure there will be a third. Poor Customer Service I called up to make an 0930 appointment on Friday 2/14 to get an oil change and after driving 20 miles, was processed in at my appointment time and fo I called up to make an 0930 appointment on Friday 2/14 to get an oil change and after driving 20 miles, was processed in at my appointment time and found out I'd have a two-hour wait to be seen. EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!!. I was told "lots of people made appointments today". What a waste of my time, such an inconvenience, and incompetence by the service dept making appointments. Never to go back. Update: 2/28/2020:" I sent the General Manager a letter (2/15/2020) of my experience and the transcript of the online chat from the advisors and how they did nothing, but pander me in chat. as of 2/28/2020, I have not received a reply back from the manager.
