At this dealership I wasn’t pleased with the wait time unattended. I have bought several vehicles before and I really felt like I was just a number at this location and not a client. The sales man wasn’t unattended. I have bought several vehicles before and I really felt like I was just a number at this location and not a client. The sales man wasn’t well informed and shouldn’t promise a client something then retract the statement. I was unhappy with the service and the finance portion of the deal. Didn’t feel like they worked with me for anything. Just trying to get me out the door after waiting 4 hours in the lobby. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for further purchases. No complaint so far on the actual vehicle itself. The representative who made the appointment was very helpful and asked for help to answer my questions. More

Peter Reyes helped me out tremendously! Had a oil leak and the Lone Star dodge on the south side wouldn’t work with me on making sure the oil leak got checked on worked on when we made an appointment. Absolutely the best service experience I have ever had! I was able to get my oil changed, tires rotated, fluids topped off and 2 recalls fixed in just over one hour!
