Unsure Service I took my car in to get an axle fixed, as I had gone to get an oil change and my mechanic said it was cracked and needed repair, and the dealer mechan I took my car in to get an axle fixed, as I had gone to get an oil change and my mechanic said it was cracked and needed repair, and the dealer mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it. I told him that there was a noise coming from the front and and that there has to be something wrong and he said he would do an alignment to see if that fixed the problem. He did that, let me get my car and told me to come back if it was still making the noise, and guess what? It’s still making that noise. I went in to get the paperwork he never gave me to see what he had actually done, and all it says it that he checked the problem area and found nothing. What about that alignment he allegedly did? Now I still have the original problem, I was without my car for a week, and my car is back in the shop so I can figure out the issue. He did my work free of charge and he was nice, but my problem still persists and I don’t trust the dealer enough to let them put their hands on my vehicle to look deeper into the problem. I’ll let Midas handle it. I like this dealer for purchasing a car, but I’ve always been unsure about their service. My repair was supposed to be covered by warranty, so I think when I told my mechanic, he purposely told me there was nothing wrong to get out of repairing something for free. Did he test drive it? Because before and after, the knocking noise was still the same. If he could explain the noise and why I had no reason to worry, then maybe I’d have a positive review to leave, but not today. But again, where are the details for what he did? What if he made the problem worse, telling me it’s fixed or there was nothing wrong, and I had gone flying into a ditch as my axle finally gave out? I don’t want to die from a broken axle, so no, I don’t recommend the dealer for repair, only for car purchase. More

Don't use this service department If I could give this place zero stars I would. I cant speak for the sales department but the service department sucks. Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere, anywhere, else. The first time I brought my car in for a headlight adjusment I dropped it off at 7 am and no one called me. Period. I had to call them and the lady saud oh your car is done we are closing so we will leave your keys with the sales department. Are you xxxxing kidding me??? I go to pickup my car, get my keys and sent off on my way with service detail and personal information from some other customer. Then told oh your service manager will email you the repair info...which surprise, surprise...they didn't. I should have learned my lesson but decided to take in my car in again for a radio/touch screen issue and what do you know I don't get a xxxxing call all day yet again. I had to call them to figure out what the xxxx was going on with my vehicle. I left a voicemail for Ashley who never returned the call. I called back several times and after being passed around for 1t minutes finally I get to talk to Ashley. She tells me their running an update right now (around 5 pm...and I scheduled an appointment to drop off at 9:30 am) to see if it will fix the problem and if not they will have to keep the car overnight. So at the end of the day I find out they may be keeping my car only after having to track this girl down myself because no one can give me a courtesy call and tell me what the xxxx is going on. She said she would call in and hour and tell me what happened. And yes you guessed it, she doesn't call. Not only does she not call but she leaves and goes home. I called and the sales department picks up and informs me of this but cant do anything for me. She also tells me that she gets calls all the time like this from Ashleys customers. She calls the manager of the service department who's solution was to give me this ladys personal phone number to call her and xxxxx her out if I wanted to. Which is completely assenign. I call her because I wanted to know what is going and if and how long I should be getting a rental car for (that is lousy establishment wont cover). Of course, she doesn't answer. Now the next day, still waiting on a call...nothing. I finally call AGAIN and Ashley is busy and can't take the phone. I asked to get speak to her manager Jeff and he's not at his desk. The receptionist forwards me to his cell and he doesn't answer. I left a voicemail and have been waiting for return phone call going on two hours now. Bottom line..go somewhere else. Don't bother dealing with this inconsiderate employee's. Their customer service sucks. More

March 18th - Sent an inquiry on the price of a lifted Jeep Wrangler. - I received an email This is a recap of my dealings with this dealership. March 18th - Sent an inquiry on the price of a lifted Jeep Wrangler. - I received an email with price listed on the internet that seemed to good to be true. - I called the dealership and spoke to Amanda Mendoza who confirmed the price was correct. I pointed out that a similar modified Jeep was 10,000 more on their site. I was told they had this price often on these jeeps. I stated I wanted the out the door price confirmed so I could come in and buy it. I explained I lived ten hours away and wanted it wrapped up quickly even though it may be a week or more before I could pick it up. She said she would get that for me. March 19th - after no responses to my emails I called and talked to Whitney who said she put my request in front of a manager who would take care of me in the morning. I also restated I thought the price was wrong and if that was the true price I wanted it wrapped up before someone else bought it. March 20th - Received email from Ron Sutton with a written quote of $41,410 out the door. - no response to any of my other emails March 21st - I call Amanda back to see if we could get the price a tad lower. It was worth a shot. She says a sales person will be with me. - After no emails or calls I call back let that night. Salesman is at home and will call be in the morning March 22nd - Bill Andrews calls me and tells me the Jeep I was looking at was sold. He says they could look at doing something similar to another Jeep. - Bill send a link to another Jeep. - I call after work to work on the deal and I am told I could not get it for the price of the original Jeep I was looking at. - I was told the price on the internet was wrong and has been corrected - I was told the Jeep was still there and was never sold. - I brought up the written quote and he just said it was wrong and he is sorry So despite having a written quote and them still having the Jeep, I am out of luck.
