I have a Mopar Maximum Care Plan, and I am entitled to rent a car, and this dealership put me in a merry-go-round and did not honor my entitlement to rent a car; I almost lost my job for no means of trans rent a car, and this dealership put me in a merry-go-round and did not honor my entitlement to rent a car; I almost lost my job for no means of transportation. I called Mopar, the dealership responsible for a rental cars, and asked how long it would take them to repair the truck. I will write an email to BBB to make sure this kind of behavior will not go unpunished. BTW, I called the service manager and left a message, and he or the operational manager did not reply. Very responsive and always kept us up to date! We went in already approved with our bank, they tried to get us to re apply there, but they understood when we said “no, it’s okay”. The financial paperwork stuff took a long time, but it’s always like that. Side panel on the truck we chose was broken and they agreed to fix it for us at not additional cost. Katerina was amazing!!
