The worst service experience I have experienced in my life. Took them 44 days to resolve an issue that should have been resolved in a few days. I will never bring my vehicle to this dealership again. Didn’t buy it here because I lived in another city but because of that I’ve always received petty service. I have sat in the service center for hours Didn’t buy it here because I lived in another city but because of that I’ve always received petty service. I have sat in the service center for hours and could see my Jeep parked and no one was working on it yet they stated it was in the back getting work done. This last time I went in for routine work and was later told my tires couldn’t be rotated since they couldn’t find my wheel locks. Yet last I checked no wheel lock was unique per vehicle and I was at a mopar dealership that had PLENTY of wranglers on the lot of which am certain matched mine! Instead they went through my personal things that were inside my Jeep even though the compartments were locked. Came home with a missing Apple Watch that am sure will never see again and some missing tiles. 2 days later I noticed that my Jeep started jerking and doesn’t on sometimes nor do I my brakes work. Went somewhere else to have it looked at and SA DCJR failed to correctly bleed my brakes and almost caused me to have an accident. More

What’s the point of appointments if they “mean nothing”, as stated by my advisor. To schedule an appt and still wait several hours for an oil change is moronic. Not to mention that the advisor that was originally auto-assigned to me didn’t exist (Mark Schwinger). It took 3 people to finally tell me that Mark didn’t exist. Then I was offered a tire rotation that was covered under the same plan as my free oil changes, so I said yes. But when I picked up my truck later, I was told that they didn’t do the rotation. So I wasted my day with fake people, false promises, and an appointment system that is pointless. I fail to see the value in the “free oil change”. And also, when I picked up my truck, I was informed by the individual that I needed to give 5 stars because it was important and that’s how they “get paid”. I don’t like being coerced or guilted into a good rating. I got average/below average service. I can’t warrant an exceptional rating to average service. More
