Attentive, eventually. Had a scheduled appt with a specific service advisor. Multiple encounters with other service folks walking past me; all asked if I was being helped, they tried to track down my specific service advisor. There are parts coming apart after my dodge was repaired. It needs to be repaired ASAP.
