She listened to what we were wanting and she was not trying to haggle or push us into something we did not want. Both Edmund and Leon were very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to use the Tesla app and what to expect with owning a Tesla. Edmund was also straight forward, he was not pushy and he was quick and efficient with getting us to sign the paperwork and emailing it directly to us. I really appreciate that there was no going back and forth with different offers. I definitely will be recommending this dealer with my friend and family. Stuff happens, but the follow-up from both the dealer and support has been less than adequate. Not a loaner car, and put me in a cheap rental, and so far, very poor follow-up from customer support. The stores need to have the ability to answer questions vs. being handed off to the support center that clearly has no urgency. Sean Flynn More
