Not that happy! Made a appointment on Thur thought I would get my car back same day 3.5 hours of work didn’t get it till following tue. They didn’t call me to tell me it was done till 530 on Monday they would get my car back same day 3.5 hours of work didn’t get it till following tue. I called them every morning at 9 AM and could barely receive a call back or an answer to even the update or status of my car. Then to come it to an extra$300 charge for a problem that I never stated or heard about until I was learning about It at check out. I know my car needs brakes tires and rotors not one word was mentioned to me about that. so I guess I throw inspection with an up charge of a $300 diagnostic didn’t work out very well. I asked him to check the neck of my gas tank because I have a really difficult time pumping gas at all different stations apparently they didn’t have enough time to really get into One of my main concerns in those five days. Totaling $800 because they took $100 off of the surprise charge five days later for 3 1/2 hours of work that at the end of the of the day I could’ve probably done myself, lets be honest. Felt like speaking to them all I was going in was circles About why was my car there for five days I made an appointment they were too busy to get to it so what’s the point of making an appointment and then about the hidden service fees. The service department person had the audacity to ask me, “but when you left here was your car driving better?” well I’d sure hope so bud ! Great Truck It all started with just a "what the heck, lets go look" for a Ram 1500 Classic. To find the JUST RIGHT RAM truck with what WE wanted on it. My hus It all started with just a "what the heck, lets go look" for a Ram 1500 Classic. To find the JUST RIGHT RAM truck with what WE wanted on it. My husband found it in the newspaper, took the clipping with VIN number and took a drive to San Leandro. First person to approach us was Antonio "Tony" Frelix. He found the truck we loved. He was awesome. Spent a super hot day with us, showing us other trucks, going back to the ONE we loved, talking, test driving the truck We were sold. Later we meet with Karnail Ram the Finance Director. He too was good people. Only issue was when we went to pick up the truck 6 days later. It was NOT washed, no floor mats, not truck manual. It was dirty. Oh heck no! We wanted it washed and gas put in. I was just handed the keys, and told bye. I was kinda disappointed. Antonio, sales person that sold us the truck was not there. Kale Wright helped us on our pick up day. Kale was awesome. Took his time to assist and make me feel special, kept us informed about how long it would take to get truck washed and other things that needed attention. He took his time to show me how the pair my phone a other dashboard items. This dealership overall was good. Buying a truck is a big deal, it's special. I kinda wanted to feel special when I got a brand new truck from them. More

Service was horrible. I had to call and check on my car. They didn’t call me to tell me it was ready. When I picked up my car, I had to get it myself from where it was at. However, after having the truck for a few days I realized it was missing the deployable bed step that was listed on the window sticker. Several emails and weeks later, still haven't heard anything back on resolving the bed step. Unfortunate. I was a great experience up until this point. More
I have brought my 2018 Dodge Durango to San Leandro to have a loud rattle fixed. And, each time I brought it in I was always told that they can't hear or duplicate the problem. The last time i rode with the guy, the rattle was there but he claimed he couldn't hear it! Clearly if i was a man this game would not be played! This place doesn't respect or want to help women!
