Service was horrible. I had to call and check on my car. They didn’t call me to tell me it was ready. When I picked up my car, I had to get it myself from where it was at. Great with sales, poor with follow up Had a great experience buying my new Ram 2500 and it was delivered to my door that same day! I have brought my 2018 Dodge Durango to San Leandro to have a loud rattle fixed. And, each time I brought it in I was always told that they can't hear or duplicate the problem.
