A bunch of lies and the worst service Purchase my second vehicle fron San Leandro should of learned from the first experience but we gave them the benefit of doubt. Worst decision. Drove off the lot with the expectation of coming back for a car retail. We waited weeks to complete the wash. The dealer kept our car for three weeks. In addition finance told us our warranty was extended today there was no extended warranty and what ever maintenance warranty we paid for is only valid in San Leandro! Negotiating a price for the Jeep was the hardest because no matter how much you try to pay a certain amount, you always end up paying at least $30 more per month by the time you get the maintenance package. I left my car for oil change and when i asked if they also was the cars the response was “no, don’t push your luck”. What made me think what about luck when others do a complete work of oil changes rotate of tires check fluids and so on and a complementary clean to detail the vehicles. That’s the case with Toyota Nissan and Honda from my personal experience. Not 100% happy More
