All good, till after you buy the car. Then no help. Bought a new that's been sitting in the dealerships shop for 2 months now. The service coordinator is the only one who responds. Carlos the general manager was cool them he started dodging my calls. Typical. Last 20 years I buy Ram and Jeep vehicle, didn't mean anything to anyone. I waited this long to write a review to give them a chance to make it right. I'll be waiting. Even as I write this, I don't know what is like to drive the car for more than a few days. BTW it is a brand new car, not used. More

God drew me to San Leandro when Veronica kept receiving buy-back letters. We took the Jeep in, talked with Amanda & ended up leasing Gretchen (2024 Dodge Hornet)! I now change my opinion of you and hold you in highest regards! You worked with me, helped me to now , purchase Gretchen. The pymts are more, but I know God will help me to make them all!!
