Gio - We are disappointed to hear you felt it was the worst service experience in 40 years because you feel our technician may have inadvertently turned off the Qi wireless charging and not put the display back to the screen it was previously on when re-setting your maintenance indicator light after your 5k complimentary ToyotaCare tire rotation and multi-point inspection. We have reviewed your candid feedback with our technician as it can be frustrating to have your air vents moved and your vehicle infotainment system on a different screen after a maintenance visit.

RR - We do not agree with your account of the sales process. You asked our Sales Consultant to remove the protection packages as you did not want to pay for them. So, the Sales Consultant did as you requested and you agreed to purchase the vehicle. Later, you said you wanted the packages, but did not want to pay for them. This was never agreed to. You did not want to pay for the protection packages so they were removed from the price and therefore not purchased.

BillG - We are not sure how the "bogus dealer extras" were "hidden" if they were clearly disclosed. We fully stand behind our incredible C-Bond windshield protection product that provides a customer with 2 years of repair or replace windshield coverage, our interior / exterior protection package including 4 annual interior / exterior details for re-application, and our Apex GPS monitoring service that provides real-time location information, travel history, and most insurance companies provide a discount for having the device as it also provides stolen vehicle recovery assistance. If you do not find value in these products, completely understood, but that does constitute "unethical practices" for installing and offering products we believe significantly enhance a customer's ownership experience.
