This dealorship deals in high pressure sales and other trick techniques to get you to purchase a car. The staff I worked w/ were socially appropriate and glad to help- until I decided to take some time to trick techniques to get you to purchase a car. At that point one of the staff members tried to bully me into buying the car. He was very inappropriate. When it came down to reviewing the deal they were offering it just seemed off. I ended up going to Avondale Toyota and bought a car- very easy- straight forward, no games and no hassle. More

We requested price quotes on a new 2008 Edge from several ford dealers in the Phoenix and East Valley area using the Internet. San Tan ford was by far the most responsive and gave us a great price on severa ford dealers in the Phoenix and East Valley area using the Internet. San Tan ford was by far the most responsive and gave us a great price on several new Edge's they had in stock. When we visited the dealership we were introduced to Chris Guerrero, the owner. Chris was very genuine and none of his people were high pressure or deceitful like some of the people we had run into at other dealerships. Chris let me and my wife drive the new Edge we were most interested in over the weekend and on Monday we went back to the store and completed the paperwork. The whole experience was really the best we have ever benn treated by any car dealer... I have been buying cars for over 34 years and am not inexperienced. San Tan ford is the type of dealership people should buy their cars from because Chris Guerrero runs a first class customer focused operation. The facilities are brand new and well designed which also makes San Tan a good place to do business with. We highly recommend this dealership and will be going out of our way to recommend the store to our co-workers, neighbors and friends. More
