This service department is awful. One of the worst I have ever gone to over the many cars I have owned in my life. It takes an act of God to have them return a call. It takes a good 4 or more weeks to even get an appointment for service. I am continually told they are short handed. I have had my car for 3 years and I eventually stopped going there for service. I now go to Tempe Hyundai. They are very friendly, return my calls the same day and I can get my car serviced within a week! I should have made the change a long time ago! More
