Mike and I had exchanged emails for a couple of days to discuss vehicles and price, and then he was very helpful when I came in to buy the Elantra. Overall a great experience. Fantastic...Except one thing. Jay was amazing! I really enjoyed my experience because of him. The changed slightly because of going to Finance. I had questioned the need for my aut Jay was amazing! I really enjoyed my experience because of him. The changed slightly because of going to Finance. I had questioned the need for my auto butler that was added into the price and wanted to reaffirm that it could be done anywhere that provides that service as Jay had stated. I was told from the Finance guy who helped me that it was only good at San Tan and that if I didn't want the auto butler I'd have to get an additional warranty that I really didn't need at an additional cost of $1K over the price of the auto butler. At that time I felt lied to but would rather keep the auto butler that I wouldn't use than pay more for another service I was told I really wouldn't need. After meeting with finance I met back up with Jay to go over the booklets provided for the car. I expressed my concern about feeling lied to. He apologized and stated that auto butler is nation wide it's not just offered at San Tan and I'd have to research where would be convent for me for that maintenance. He also stated that if I researched and found that there was no place convent to my location to let him know and that they'd make it right and get me money back if it turns out it's something I won't be able to take advantage of. I haven't done my research yet on that but Jay really helped to relieve the stress I felt after visiting with Finance. I felt lied to and that time with finance almost ruined my car buying experience as a whole. Jay is a great salesman, I never felt pressured about anything. For my first car buying experience as an adult Jay made the process seem like visiting an old friend. He is simply amazing! More
