Saw the Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate so we came back the next day to test drive that car. A little more than what we wanted to spend but Thomas (who I originally talked to) was there. He explained all about the car and what was available. We found a Limited in Earth tone with everything I needed in a car. Also a 2.0T so it had plenty of power. After deciding on that car which was $1000's less than the Ultimate , Thomas started the process for us. We met with Aaron and he explained all the details to us and he was efficient also. Came away with the car I had envisioned, but the best part was the customer care we got.The people we dealt with were not the car salesman like before. Friendly and easy to talk with. More

We conveyed to Jimmy that we were just out browsing and wanted to look at the Tucson to maybe down size from our current SUV. Jimmy took us around and explained in great detail the specifications and options of the vehicle and showed us many different models with their options. Jimmy was very patient with us for we were unsure if we were going to purchase or not. Then Jimmy showed us the Tucson Sport model with every thing in in we wanted and took us out for a test drive. While driving Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the car and all the features. After we took the test drive it sealed the deal.
