Excellent I hate trading vehicles because it usually requires all day and becomes a long drawn out event. I was not rushed into making any decisions my first day and appreciate that very much. I took my time, drove several different vehicles and knowing which one I wanted I still tried a few others. I waited a few days to really decide, plus the vehicle I wanted was not there, and I was still NEVER pressured in any way like most dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I found everyone at Sanders Ford very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. My salesman, Bob Pacella was great. I really value Bob Pacella's patience with me during this process.
