Amazing I had to buy a new car since mine was on its last leg, and everyone prepared me for the worst experience of my life. I di my research and chose Sanders Ford first because of their location and inventory. I worked with Brandon, and never once did I feel pressured or pushed into anything. I was upfront about what I wanted and what I was able to pay. I spoke with some of the other saleman while I was there, and I got the genuine impression that they were more concerned with having my buiness than making the most money they could on a car. I tried negotiating with a couple other dealerships previously and they scoffed at me. Sanders Ford is welcoming, accomadating, and willing to do what it takes to EARN your business. Love these guys! It has been two weeks since I bought my car, and I love it. My friend bought a car a week later from them, and she had the same experience. I dont normally write reviews, but I highly recommend Sanders Ford. More

I am very happy with my visit to Sanders Ford. The sales and finance was made extremely easy by the staff. The salesperson was sensitive to what I wanted in a car, and was able to narrow the search. 2,300 miles to buy from Sanders Ford, worth every mile! I live in AZ and I was looking for a low mileage Certified Expedition. I found one in North Carolina. I called, it was available. I placed a deposit, bought a plane ticket, and booked a rental car. I flew, drove, and arrived at Sanders Ford. Art Hoyt kept in touch with me the whole way, and picked me up from the car rental location. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, cleaned, fueled and ready to go. There were no hidden fees. They even reimbursed my rental car to drive the 140 miles from Raleigh International. I was there 15 minutes, had no run around and am very pleased with my experience. I am very happy with my buying experience. It was by far the best experience I have had at any dealership, and I have dealt with many of them. More
