Only concerned about the money and the sale I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Or a Ford. My vehicle was sold to my husband and I, brand new, with known transmission problems. Seems to me all they care about is the money and not my safety. They refuse to switch me into another vehicle I'd feel safer in. Claiming I need $7000 down. For a Ford?!?! Really?!?! I didn't need any money down to get into my '14 focus. I currently have parts they ordered 2 weeks ago that are on "back order." I don't even want my car anymore since it seems as though they just want to put a bandaid on it until the warranty goes. I've even called Ford Motor Co. Again, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Once the deal is made, you're stuck with the crap they sold you. More

I didn't have anytype of vehicle in mind showing up, so he was patient enough with me to show me around. I seen a jeep that really spotted my interest, peter made my purchasing experience extremly easy and quick, very friendly and easy to talk to. Consummate professionals The folks at Sanders Ford were very professional. From the moment I parked the car, Brandon Lattimore addressed me within seconds of looking at cars. The folks at Sanders Ford were very professional. From the moment I parked the car, Brandon Lattimore addressed me within seconds of looking at cars. After introducing himself he went straight into asking what I was looking for. I appreciated the straight forward approach to business coupled with his ability to immediately cater to what I want vice trying to sell me something in not looking for. He was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Once he introduced me to the car I wanted we took a test drive but even before that he walked me around the car and went into extensive detail about all of its features which I appreciated since this is my first new car and I was unaware of many of the safety and technological features it had. After the test drive we went into the dealership and he did everything he could to make us comfortable. He immediately gave us wifi to keep us busy as we filled out some of the paperwork. I wasn't able to print out my LES which made his job harder but he still went at it with vigor and a positive attitude and we filled out all the paoerwork without it taking too much time. All in all I would recommend anyone of my friends and family to him at Sanders Ford because he's exactly what you expect out of a professional without any of the aggressiveness or shadiness people have come to expect from salesmen. In the Marine Corps we have only one recommendation that we offer professionals in this caliber and that is "promote and retain at the earliest possible time." More
