Every single time has been an easy, pleasant experience. The vehicle was shown to me, explained every question I had and very friendly people in every department I've met. I just bought anther Truck and nothing had changed except for the models of the vehicles. This time I had the pleasure of having Randy Prater as my sales consultant. I really enjoyed his exceptional expertise shown in the truck and was knowledgeable in answering any and all my questions. As stated, I've bought several vehicles in my life time and not all were from Sanders. Before purchasing my new truck, I had visited a few other dealerships. Yes, they were also nice but I didn't feel or see the dedication to the customer like I have always seen with the personnel at Sanders. Randy as well as the other employees treated me like I mattered and wanted to make sure I was comfortable in my purchase as well as the time I waited for my credit check etc... to be done. They treat you like family and the after sell service, can't be beat. The benefits that come during and after the purchase is nothing less than exceptional. I live 2 and a half hours away from this dealership and driving the distance was well worth my time. It's been several years since my last visit to Sanders and I knew most of the people that work there still. That just shows me how much they love Sanders and that's due to their belief in what they sell and the way they've been treated as an employee. You don't see turn around at Sander like you do most other auto dealerships. That speaks for itself. I love my new truck and if in the future decide to buy another truck or car, Sanders will be the only place I visit again. Their sales and service is, in my book, exceptional. Their inventory new or pre owned gives you plenty of choices to choose from. Not all dealerships has this, thus saving you much time when exploring your next purchase in a vehicle. If you're not using Sanders Ford, you're not using the best. I'm one happy customer that feels like I matter to them. More
