Great Experience When I visited Sanders Ford today I was greeted by Bruce Wright. Bruce was very friendly and he listed to what I was looking for and my specific need When I visited Sanders Ford today I was greeted by Bruce Wright. Bruce was very friendly and he listed to what I was looking for and my specific needs. During my morning visit Bruce and I test drove an Explorer Limited in the color I wanted. I wanted to wait for my wife before committing to a purchase so I advised Bruce that I would be back when she got off work. In the 3 and 1/2 hours after I left the dealer the car I wanted was sold to another customer. When I returned with my wife Bruce and the Sanders management team worked to get me into another vehicle that met our needs. In the end my wife and I purchased a Ford Explorer for the right price and we couldn't be happier. I would say the entire team at Sanders Ford is top notch and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or truck. More

Sanders Ford was my last stop only becuase I already knew what to expect from them due to purchasing a vehicle from them before. They probably should have been my first and only stop, since no other dealer could come close to how they treat their customers! The sales experience I had with Michael Peterson was nothing short of excellent. He was very courtious and was well informed on the vehicles he was showing me. He took the time to sale me a vehicle I wanted, and not just make a sale for himself. He listened to what my needs were and then showed me the vechicles that met them. He did an outstanding job of following up with me with out making me feel harrased as the other car salesman from other dealerships did. He was the only salesman who provided me more information on the vehicles that I was interested in via email. On several occasions (over a few days time span) I went in to ask more questions and see more vehicle. And on one visit I had made he actually had several trucks staged side by side that he knew I would be interested in based off of prior phone calls and visits I had made. Once my decision was made on purchasing the vehicle, he continued to ask and follow up on with me to see if there was anything else he could do for me. When it comes to the Sanders dealership and the Ford family, their customer service over all is outstanding and that is why I now own my second Ford from them!! More

We met Ralph Tusing as we were looking around the lot. He was walking from the service department to his office, and casually stopped bye, and we engaged in a conversation. There was no pressure on any sale. We sort of knew what we wanted. He suggested we test drive the Ford Taurus we had in mind. Safety and comfort was our main concern. Ralph confirmed both and added features we had researched on the Taurus. He really listened to all our needs, and delivered. Professionalism and service were implemented, and we felt quite comfortable with the outcome of this trip. Rebates were numerous and they were applied to the sale. In addition we were given a very good trade in offer. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Sanders Ford. Above all, we feel that we have made a friend with this dealership.
