I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Charles Arnold to purchase a 2014 Explorer Limited. My husband is deployed, I do not live in that area, and I have a very busy schedule. That said, I'd been putting off buying another vehicle because I did not want to deal with the headache of finding what I wanted and negotiating a deal. I called Mr. Arnold on a Tuesday, told him exactly what I wanted, gave him a budget, and explained that I was only available to pick it up that Saturday. Mr. Arnold was AMAZING! He found exactly what I wanted, within the given timeframe (3 days) and budget! His professionalism, and attention to detail made for an exceptional experience! All I had to do was drive there and pick up my new vehicle. As it turned out, I got more than I ever expected in my new explorer! Also, he made sure that everything was transferred over from my old vehicle to the new one. I did not have to lift a finger. I would definitely travel back to Jacksonville to purchase another Ford from Mr. Arnold. More

We conducted a best dealerships with whom I've dealt. Recently, my wife and I purchased a new 2014 Ford Fusion while trading in our 2005 Ford F-150. We conducted a large amount of research on-line and visited a number of dealerships in the area. Sanders Ford earned our business through their professionalism and courtesy extended to my wife and I. Mr Ralph Tusing acted as our sales associate. He was intent on helping us conduct an exchange that was fair to both parties without hassle or nonsense associated with other dealerships we visited. This made the decision to purchase the vehicle easy and also made me a customer for life. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area and will continue to seek out their business in the future. The ratings above hopefully reflect the positive experience I've expressed here. My only concern is that there is not an "excellent" rating that I could have chosen-since that better described the experience. More

I was driving a 2006 Ford Ranger that I purchased at Sanders Ford from Eric Jones in March 2011. I was very happy with the friendliness and up front attitude that Eric showed in giving me a fair price f Sanders Ford from Eric Jones in March 2011. I was very happy with the friendliness and up front attitude that Eric showed in giving me a fair price for the Ranger and giving me a decent figure for my trade in. Of course we as consumers always feel we should get more for our trade-ins, but all in all I was happy. The Ranger is a great vehicle it had low mileage and gave me just what I needed at the time. At the beginning of this November I received a marketing mailer from Lookout Ford in Morehead City for F 150 STX's, I was in Morehead and decided to just check it out,I wasn't really looking to buy a new truck let alone a bigger truck, the Ranger was suiting my needs. But i took the 150 for a ride, I liked it, so Lookout Ford worked out a deal for me to see how close the marketing deal was. The marketing mailer did what it was supposed to do, it got me to come into the dealership and test drive the truck. Did it come close to what was advertised in the mailer ? Of course not. So they did work out a deal for me, it was approved by the General Manager, but I've learned from past mistakes to never make a decision on the spot, go home and think about it, check out some web sites and most of all I felt if I bought a new truck I would want to give Eric Jones and Sanders Ford a call and a visit. The only reason I did this was the way I was treated when I purchased my Ranger and also the couple of times I brought the truck in for service, my experiences were always positive, the staff was very friendly and always going above and beyond what was asked of them. I called Eric asking if he had a silver F150 STX V8 and he said he would have one there right away. He wasn't kidding, he had the truck there that day. I went in and we talked, I told him what I could afford and of course what Lookout Ford had offered. Well he worked with Mr Mooney the finance manager and they got a reasonable price with which i could work with. The 2 dealerships were so close in price and trade in value. So it basically came down to, do I want to move up to a new bigger truck or stay with my little Ranger. The question about which dealership I would give my business to was a no brainer, Eric does a great job. If he says something, he always follows up on it and works hard for his customers. I would always recommend him to friends and family that are in the market for a new or pre owned car. I always know that when I bring my truck in for service I will be given top quality service by all the staff members and that's why I purchased my F150 STX from Sanders and I'm very happy so far. They did promise me some things which I'm waiting for but with the Thanksgiving holiday I understand things are a little backed up right now. Ralph Tusing was great to work with. He never pressured me but worked with me explaining pros/cons of the vehicle I was looking at. I just brought my Merc in for basic oil change and tire rotation with coupon. Service was very fast. When service was completed Jonathan Bryant (service advisor) went over everything that the technician th rotation with coupon. Service was very fast.
