My husband and I went to Sander's Ford on July 26, 2013 not actually looking to purchase, but wanted to get some information about a couple of vehicles that we had in mind. Not only did our Sales Consultant Michael Coloton answer the questions that we had, but he also offered some information that we didn't know about the ford vehicles that we were purchasing. He was very friendly and the quality of his work was supurb! We got 2 vehicles for what what my husband and I were paying for one vehicle a month. We are very happy with our new purchase and I have always loved a ford vehicle. I would without a doubt refer someone to Sander's Ford and refer Michael Coloton their Sales Consultant. Thank you all! I came to this dealer with the idea to surprise my husband with a new Ford F-150 FX4 and was greeted by Mr. Wright immediately. We found one that did not have leater, which was a deal breaker and he quickly informed me that could be switched out for a great price! We just got stationed at camp lejeune and needed to get a new car. Are friends we are staying with took us to Ford where they got there car from and we meet there salesman Michael who helped them. Charles Arnold was recommended to my husband and I by Valerie King in your service department. She told us that Charles was the most honest and above board salesperson there. I have to say that was the Valerie King in your service department. She told us that Charles was the most honest and above board salesperson there. I have to say that was the understatement of the century. Charles Arnold treated us like family from the moment he met us. He went above and beyond the call of duty to find the exact Ford Expedition that I wanted. It took him a number of months to find the 2011 Ford Expedition that I purchased from him but never during that period did he ever give up looking. He was extremely good about keeping me in the loop and letting me know what he had found. Every time he found one, he not only sent me pictures via email but if he thought I would like it, he also brought the vehicle to the Swansboro dealership so that I didn't have to drive from Swansboro to Jacksonville. After an awful lot of hard work and searching, Charles found EXACTLY what I was looking for. I had told him when he was looking not to worry I would wait till he found the right car and there was no way I was buying a car from anyone but him. Charles Arnold is the ONLY sales person I will purchase a car from. You have a true rare gem in Charles Arnold. He knows we appreciate him. I just hope that he knows he is appreciated by Sanders Ford. In my personal opinion, if you are smart, Charles Arnold is one sales person that you will never let go. They don't make them like Charles any more and anyone that is lucky enough to get Charles Arnold as their sales person will know they are working with the best sales person at the dealership. I only recommend people we feel are the best in their field and have already recommended Charles to a friend of mine who is looking to purchase a Ford truck. I will continue to recommend Charles to anyone that I know who is looking for a new or used vehicle. I gave the rating above simply because of Charles Arnold and Valerie King. You don't get any better than those two.. As I said before, Charles treated us like family. The first words out of his mouth were I work for YOU. He was telling the God's honest truth. He was friendly, faithful, honest, gave us an amazing price on the vehicle (with trade in and 7 years 65,000 mile warranty, we were out the door for a little over $30,000.). He gave us the best price possible even though it meant that he didn't make much on the sale. Because of Charles, we will buy our future cars from Sanders Ford (specifically from Charles). If all of the above isn't enough to show how special and unique Charles is, when we went to look at the Expedition that we purchased, I had an injured foot. The next day, Charles called simply to ask how my foot was and how I was feeling. You just don't find people that care about their customers like that anymore. He is one in a million and I count my lucky stars that Valerie recommended him to me. I don't know what I would do without either one of them looking out for me. Valerie King is another gem. We met her when we first arrived in Swansboro and our Excursion had to be towed because it stopped dead in it's tracks right before we turned onto the road our new home was on. Like Charles, she treated and continues to treat us like family. I can't even begin to tell you how much it meant to find a friendly face in the service department our first day in town when we knew no one. She is honest as the day is long and more helpful and caring than any service department person I have ever interacted with at any dealership in any state. We stayed at Jacksonville for service even though we live in Swansboro until Valerie was transferred to Swansboro. Then we started taking our Excursions to the Swansboro service center. When we learned that Valerie had been transferred back to Jacksonville, we automatically began taking our vehicles back to Jacksonville for service. It doesn't matter which Sanders Ford dealership Valerie is transferred to, we'll always take our Fords to the dealership where she is working. We have also told Valerie King how much she means to us and how much we value her. We hope that Sanders Ford has also let her know how valuable an employee she is as well. More
We just recently purchased a Ford Fusion and went through the trade process of a kia sorento. I main objective was to shed debt and get a lower price. Many of the folks at Sanders Ford have been doing a whole lot for me in the last year since I moved here to Jacksonville. First, the Service Department was superb. I'm 54 years old now and have owned dozens lot for me in the last year since I moved here to Jacksonville. First, the Service Department was superb. I'm 54 years old now and have owned dozens of Fords and worked on them and raced them for years--- When I moved here a year ago I owned a 96 Mercury Marquis that needed lots of difficult electrical & vacuum work. I had them work on several different problems multiple times and between us they helped me get what I needed to get my car 100%. Last October while they were servicing my Mercury I was looking at the Expeditions. (I'd owned a used one for 8 years before.) It took me almost 9 months to finally decide (I'd never bought a new car before.). During all that time Kevin Blake kept in touch with me about deals going on, but never with too much pressure. Finally, I decided to buy one IF they could find what I wanted--- and they searched and found one in the US and brought it to me. If it weren't for the excellent attitude and friendliness of Kevin Blake and McKolya Swanik (sp?) I would not have made the purchase. They got what I wanted, walked my through the (new to me) process, helped me get 'started' in the Expedition and have checked up on me. So--- they both deserve special recognition along with the Service Department (I bought the 100,000 mi.) warranty. I've dealt with many, many car lots and dealerships over 35 years and for the first time--- I really feel very well about this decision. If it weren't for the real kindness and teamwork there--- this sale would not have happened. Randy Marion More
