Marty went out of his way to make sure I got exactly the kind of car I wanted. I bought a Ford Fiesta - a really bright red one. But that is what I wanted. As fate would have it, there was not a bright r kind of car I wanted. I bought a Ford Fiesta - a really bright red one. But that is what I wanted. As fate would have it, there was not a bright red one in either the store in Swansboro or Jacksonville. So what did Marty do? He found me one at some other dealership and brought it to Swansboro. I love it! He was very patient and helpful in answering all the questions I had about the special things on this Fiesta. For example, he set the phone system up for me. I even had to go back the next day with some other how-to questions and he was as patient and knowledgeable as he had been the day before. I have driven a Ford before (many years before) but since then, I have had other kinds of cars. I KNOW I made the right decision this time. I give part of the credit for my choice to Marty. More

My over all experience with Sander's Ford was so pleasant and so easy I would recommend this dealership for my partner to work in. I dealt with Jessy at Sanders Ford initially because the location is close and the web site was professional and informative, as Jessy also proved herself. We were there for about 45 minutes walking around and none of the plethora of sales personnel bothered to speak with us. So I called Jessy again and made an appointment to come to Sanders immediately instead of the next day as we had planned. We arrived and were immediately greeted by Phil. He and Zach worked us in, styed late, and were very professional in every aspect of our being able to drive home in the Edge we selected on the internet; and most importantly, my wife was happy.
