Bruce was super friendly and as helpful as possible. Even today, a week after the sale, I had some questions and Bruce stopped what he was doing to help solve the issues. You had the truck I was looking for after shopping around from Raleigh to the coast. Bruce did an outstanding job in showing the truck to me and answering questions that I had. While shopping for a car, I was unsure what type of car I wanted. Geoff patiently worked with me as I test drove car after car before deciding on a Scion. My experience with Sanders Ford was exceptional. There was no pressure or hurried atmosphere. Marty was very patient and understanding of my circumstances. Being from out of state and having to transfer f was no pressure or hurried atmosphere. Marty was very patient and understanding of my circumstances. Being from out of state and having to transfer funds took time. They were very accomodating to my needs. I just hope that I can find a Ford dealer at home in Pittsburgh that is as good. I do think though, Ford Motor Co. could have offered better incentives or rebates to me for buying a vehicle that costs $60,000. I could only manage a $1000 rebate. More
