VERY friendly and helpful service staff. Visiting family in Swansboro and needed an oil change. Service personell were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Asked if I also wanted a tire rota Visiting family in Swansboro and needed an oil change. Service personell were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Asked if I also wanted a tire rotation (which I did but had forgot about). Good thing they asked. Found a nail in a tire and fixed. Not good on the interstate headed home. Battery Change Was able to call and bring in the vehicle without an appointment to see why it would not start without charging the battery. After they did a diagnostic, they discovered a bad cell in the battery and replaced it. They also did a complete diagnostic to ensure that nothing else was causing a problem. The folks in the office and service area were both polite and knowledgeable. More

The sales personnel, business managers, and service personnel at Sanders have come and gone, but the professional, courteous and effective service has been constant. The current Sanders team in Swansboro of Eric Jones and Mykola Sywanyk just sold us our seventh Ford from Sanders. We couldn't have asked for more friendly, knowledgable, professional and efficient people to help us. They made our buying experience enjoyable and easy. We are looking forward to enjoying our new Escape and have total confidence that when it's maintenance time that Emily Smith and her Swansboro maintenance crew will provide us, as they always have, with great, efficient and effective service with a smile. Myolka Sywanyk walked us through the warranty process, which I was convinced was going to be a minefield. His knowledge of the vehicles and the product he's a part of selling as well as his understanding of where the customers could be coming from was very impressive. I didn't feel like we were getting a song and dance or being deceived and, before any signature was signed, I was confident that we had an unembellished story of where we stand and what we were buying. That says a lot. Our sales rep, Michael Rambone, went out of his way to find the vehicle that would suit us best, even though we changed or mind many times because we looked for a week and got ourselves confused. Ultimately, the reason we chose Sanders Ford was because of Michael Rambone and the amount of work he personally put in to the sale. More
