Worked with me to get the best price for tires. Emilie and staff were very helpful in getting me the best price for a new set of tires. Saved me over $300.00! Wow. Also they found an issue with the Emilie and staff were very helpful in getting me the best price for a new set of tires. Saved me over $300.00! Wow. Also they found an issue with the lug nuts when changing the tires. The staff explained the problem and even though they didn't have to did not charge me for a new set of lug nuts. I guess Ford Fusions have been having issues with their lug nuts expanding which requires them being replaced. This is not Sanders problem but Ford's, and Sanders Ford took it upon themselves to correct it. The Sanders Ford Team has it right when it comes to customer service. More

great experience I went to Sanders Ford today to test drive a few vehicles. I informed the salesman from the start that I would not be purchasing a vehicle today, but I went to Sanders Ford today to test drive a few vehicles. I informed the salesman from the start that I would not be purchasing a vehicle today, but was interested in driving several for consideration as I would be purchasing in the near future. The salesman, Michael Rambone was wonderful to work with. He was polite, friendly and carefully reviewed the features of each car before driving. He was helpful and in no way did I feel pressured, rushed or pushed toward a vehicle. I drove a Ford Fusion, Lexus ES 350 and a Honda Accord. when I am ready to purchase, should Sanders have what I am looking for I would definitely return and work with Michael Rambone. More

Perfect Mustang Experience I knew months ago when I simply stopped in just to check things out, that when I decided to purchase a new vehicle, this would be where I was coming t I knew months ago when I simply stopped in just to check things out, that when I decided to purchase a new vehicle, this would be where I was coming to make the purchase. I was first introduced to Greg Dawson who immediately made me like family. He paid close attention to what I was interested in and didn't put the annoying pressure on me to purchase a vehicle right away. He then took time to call me throughout the next few months just to ask how I was. Again, he never pressured me or annoyed me with a sales pitch. He showed me that he really cared about people. When I decided to make the purchase, I dealt with Eric Jones, since Greg was on vacation. Again, I was immediately greeted with a family oriented environment and was truly impressed by his professionalism and sincere concern to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall this has truly been the best buying experience I have ever experienced, and I will be recommending Sanders Ford of Swansboro to everyone. Happy customer and proud new Mustang owner!!! I've always been a Mopar guy and I can confidently say now Mopar...is not my car. My amazing experience with Sanders Ford I have to genuinely say that I had an amazing experience with Sanders Ford of Swansboro North Carolina. They went above and beyond to provide me with I have to genuinely say that I had an amazing experience with Sanders Ford of Swansboro North Carolina. They went above and beyond to provide me with an amazing experience trying to find my way back to a Ford truck I was having issues with my Chevrolet not performing to my standards so I decided to go back to a ford. When we could not come to an agreement on the numbers the sales manager looked at all of the deals that were laid out before me 4 me to get out of the Chevrolet he was very straightforward and honest and told me that there was another deal on the table that was better that he was not going to be able to match and didn't want to see me go backwards or be upside down in a loan. By doing so that meant that I stayed in a Chevy but the sales department gained the utmost respect from me and I will definitely be purchasing a new Ford from Sanders Ford in the very near future. They were not so worried about making the sale as they were making sure that I was making a financially Sound Decision and also helped lay out a plan for me to get ahead of my loan so that I can affordably get back into a Ford that is true and genuine care for customer service and for the customers well being I don't know of another dealership around that offers that. So if you want to purchase a new Ford Sanders is definitely a place you should go see and give them a chance they are definitely on your side.
