Thinking back to when I purchased it, they met all my needs including I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 at Sanders Ford. I have it serviced there as well. Thinking back to when I purchased it, they met all my needs including price of the new truck, trade in value of my car, and the interest rate I was after. Get service scheduled in the past has been a challenge with having to make an appointment for even an oil change - that has changed and I was able to simply call and go in for an oil change recently. They "worked me in," and I was in and out in under an hour for a "Works" oil change service package. More

Running bad fixed. My F150 was skipping during acceleration intermittently, once about every three or four days, Al Sirkin listened to my description of the problem and My F150 was skipping during acceleration intermittently, once about every three or four days, Al Sirkin listened to my description of the problem and I was soon on my way home in the their shuttle. Al said he would call me as soon as they had completed their diagnostic. In about two hours I received a call from Al with all the information I needed. I gave the go ahead on the repair and Al called me when the truck was ready. The shuttle came and picked me up and took me back to Sander's Ford, Al explained the bill, I paid it and was on my way. I don't remember my F150 running so good, what a pleasant surprise. More
