In September, I found a note in my phone that said "Sanders Ford: Ask for JB." Not sure who wrote it or when, but I did just that. Ever since, every time I go to the Service Department at Sanders Ford "Sanders Ford: Ask for JB." Not sure who wrote it or when, but I did just that. Ever since, every time I go to the Service Department at Sanders Ford, I always ask for and work with JB. He is knowledgeable, realistic, personable and always gives me detailed information about my vehicle so I can make an informed decision. My car always leaves in a better condition than when I left it, and I never feel like I broke my wallet. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who goes to Sanders Ford Service Department go talk to JB because he will make sure your vehicle has has what it NEEDS and recommends what it could use now or in the future all while having immaculate customer service skills. Went to Sanders Ford to have a leveling kit installed on 2013 F150. When I showed up I was met by JB who was very polite and appeared to really enjoy his job. We discussed what I wanted done, I signed some 2013 F150. When I showed up I was met by JB who was very polite and appeared to really enjoy his job. When I get back to Sanders Ford, JB had all my paper work ready and was still in a great mood even though it was past closing time. JB reviewed everything they had done and even surprised me with a very clean truck. I have dealt with many service departments in my life but this was truly the best experience I had ever had. Thank you Mat Raymond, JB and the rest of the staff at Sanders Ford for making my truck look great and also making it an easy and enjoyable process. I just brought my Merc in for basic oil change and tire rotation with coupon. Service was very fast.
