Went to Sanders Ford to have a leveling kit installed on 2013 F150. When I showed up I was met by JB who was very polite and appeared to really enjoy his job. When I get back to Sanders Ford, JB had all my paper work ready and was still in a great mood even though it was past closing time. JB reviewed everything they had done and even surprised me with a very clean truck. I have dealt with many service departments in my life but this was truly the best experience I had ever had. Thank you Mat Raymond, JB and the rest of the staff at Sanders Ford for making my truck look great and also making it an easy and enjoyable process.
