Spark to Cruze I was told earlier by another employee that I would be given the full amount of what I owe for my Spark at trade in, unfortunately the person who call I was told earlier by another employee that I would be given the full amount of what I owe for my Spark at trade in, unfortunately the person who called me apparently was not in and I was sent frome one building to the next. Fernando under up helping me get the deal and put me in a new Cruze, my only goal had been to not owe on my old loan and get a larger but comparable vehicle. There was a mishap in my estimated payment which went from $420 to $506 but I guess I can deal with that since I love my new car. More

Upon arrival I asked for Matthew who was called over and he explained what was going to be done to check the tension cable and explained that it would probably take an hour or two depending on how many vehicles were in for the same problem. The repair only took a little over an hour and Matthew explained what was accomplished and that he would ensure that the vehicle was washed and vacuumed. He even had the interior of the windshield washed for me. Matthew appeared to be very knowledgable of what he was doing and the explaination thereof. More
