My expericence with Sands Chevy has not been, satisfactor. I give Sands this rating because, they we're slow. They had my car since the beginning of March. I went to pick up my car, and paid them, when I got i I give Sands this rating because, they we're slow. They had my car since the beginning of March. I went to pick up my car, and paid them, when I got in the car I found that they had not repaired it. So, they gave me another loaner. This happened over and over again. (until today) and when I picked up my car today I found that the dust cover on the key hole was missing, my remote control doesn't work, my car has the same key that I had before I took it in for service. No, I will not go back to Sands Chevy. Sands WAS so convenient, responsible and quick. Oh, well nothing last forever. 10:08 pm - I just went out side to see if the car door stayed locked, which is the main issue my car was being repaired. My car is still unlocking automatically. They didn't repair the issue!!! More

Poor financial service I went April 9 . Got approved for vehicle. 2015 hundai sonata.Went and resigned docs 4 times!! Last time I was told it was finally official just to co I went April 9 . Got approved for vehicle. 2015 hundai sonata.Went and resigned docs 4 times!! Last time I was told it was finally official just to contact the loan company that I was supposed to be officially financed through just to find out I wasnt. They never approved me. I called the dealer back assuming there was a mistake . and they said my loan was financed through company I had just called. Nope!! Sorry dude but they told me I was denied April 9. After 4 times of resigning docs . than they guaranteed I was perfect for yet another program spent another 4 hours there just to hear that I was gonna need more $ down aside from my 1000 I put down this is a whole month later from driving off with my vehicle. Had to give back my car and have 12 hard inquiries on my credit now . very bummed out!!! More
