We found the truck we wanted with all of our specifications after a short amount of time but it was at their sister dealership. Our salesman was good enough to go pick up the truck we wanted and made sure we were very satisfied before making an excellent deal. Purchased 2016 Chevy Silverado They took it in the back to wash it and fill up gas tank to do the delivery after purchase and they scratched it all up & dented it. Dealership had no other truck with same upgrades as I had purchased to include color, therefore truck was put in to get repaired it took them over week to get it back to me receptionist was very rude @ Collision center when I called to get an update on a repair that was not caused by myself but by a Sands Chevrolet employee, very unhappy with the service I got from the Collision center. There was no discount given to me for all this time without my truck, very discontent. More
